Buying a phone should not feel like a bet. We started this shop because too many people were paying flagship money for a handset nobody had properly checked.
Before it goes on the shelf
The used-phone trade runs on optimism. A listing says “excellent condition”, the battery says otherwise, and by the time you find out the seller has stopped replying.
We wanted the opposite of that: a counter you can walk back to, a person who remembers selling you the thing, and a piece of paper that says what happens if it breaks.
Every handset is inspected, tested, and logged before it goes on the shelf. Screen, battery health, cameras, ports, IMEI, network lock. If it fails, it does not get sold.
What we cannot fix, we say out loud. A scuffed corner is on the label. A battery at 88% is on the label. You should know what you are buying before you pay for it.
A small, independent shop. No call centre, no script, no commission targets pushing you toward the expensive one.
Tell us what you actually use your phone for and we will happily point you at the cheaper model if it is the right one.
If we wouldn’t give it to someone in our own family, it doesn’t go on our shelf.
