- 01
Repair Estimate
Before beginning a repair, Cell Hub will provide an estimated price and, when reasonably possible, an estimated turnaround time.
The final price or turnaround time may change if additional damage or previously undisclosed issues are discovered during the repair.
We will communicate with the customer when additional work or charges are required.
- 02
Customer Data and Backups
Customers are responsible for backing up their personal information before submitting a device for repair.
Cell Hub is not responsible for the loss, corruption, or exposure of data resulting from a repair, diagnostic procedure, software issue, device failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers should remove sensitive information whenever reasonably possible.
- 03
Existing Damage
Devices may contain pre-existing damage, including:
- Cracked screens or back glass
- Bent frames or housings
- Liquid or corrosion damage
- Previous repair damage
- Missing or damaged components
- Non-original or aftermarket parts
- Internal damage that is not visible externally
Pre-existing conditions may affect the ability to complete a repair or may create additional risks during service.
- 04
Liquid-Damaged Devices
Liquid-damaged devices can have unpredictable failures. Even when a device initially operates after repair, additional failures may occur later because of corrosion or previously damaged components.
Cell Hub cannot guarantee successful repair of liquid-damaged devices.
- 05
Repair Warranty
Where applicable, Cell Hub’s Lifetime Limited Warranty or other stated repair warranty applies only to the specific repair or component covered by the applicable warranty.
It does not automatically cover unrelated failures, accidental damage, liquid damage, physical damage, software problems, or subsequent unauthorized repairs.
- 06
Customer-Provided Parts
Cell Hub may decline to install customer-provided parts if the part is incompatible, defective, damaged, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable.
Cell Hub cannot guarantee the performance or longevity of customer-provided parts.
- 07
Abandoned Devices
Customers are responsible for collecting their devices within a reasonable period after being notified that the repair is complete or that the device is ready for pickup.
Additional storage or disposal procedures may apply to devices that remain unclaimed for an extended period, subject to applicable law.
- 08

By approving a repair, the customer authorizes Cell Hub to perform the agreed diagnostic and repair services.
By proceeding with service, the customer acknowledges these repair terms.
