Trade-In & Buyback Policy

Cell Hub buys and accepts trade-ins for eligible phones and other devices.

We primarily buy iPhones, but eligibility may vary by device, condition, model, and current market demand.

  1. 01

    Devices We Consider

We may purchase devices that are:

    • Fully functional
    • Damaged or cracked
    • In need of repair
    • Used
    • Unwanted or no longer needed

Not every device will qualify for a purchase or trade-in offer.

  2. 02

    How We Determine Value

Offers are based on factors including:

    • Make and model
    • Storage capacity
    • Physical condition
    • Screen and back-glass condition
    • Battery health
    • Functionality
    • Carrier status and whether the device is unlocked
    • IMEI and device history
    • Parts and repair history
    • Current market value
    • Current demand
    • Estimated repair or refurbishment costs

The condition and functionality of the device must be verified before a final offer is made.

  3. 03

    Inspection

An initial estimate may be provided based on the information supplied by the customer.

The final offer is determined after the device is inspected.

A final offer may differ from an online or preliminary estimate if the actual condition differs from the information provided.

  4. 04

    Ownership and Device Security

The person selling or trading in a device must have the legal right to sell or transfer it.

Devices reported as lost or stolen, devices subject to ownership disputes, and devices with Activation Lock or other security restrictions that prevent legitimate transfer will not be accepted.

Customers must remove applicable accounts and security locks before completing a transaction.

Cell Hub may verify the device’s IMEI and other identifying information.

  5. 05

    Payment

Payment method and timing will depend on the transaction and applicable requirements.

The customer will receive the agreed value after the device has been inspected and the transaction has been approved.

  6. 06

    Final Transactions

Once a sale or trade-in has been completed and payment has been provided, the transaction is considered final, subject to applicable law and any written agreement between Cell Hub and the customer.

Cell Hub reserves the right to refuse a transaction or adjust an offer when inspection reveals information that materially affects the device’s value or eligibility.

Questions? Contact us first.

Every policy asks you to contact us before sending a device — for a return, a warranty claim or a repair — so we can confirm what applies and tell you how to send it.
