The final offer is made after inspection. If the phone differs from what was described, the offer may differ from the estimate.

Once the device is inspected and the transaction approved, you receive the agreed value — as payment, or toward a phone from our shelf.

Three things to do first
- 01Remove Activation Lock and your Apple ID or Google Account — we cannot complete a purchase while a security lock is on the phone.
- 02Back up anything you want to keep. Once the sale is complete, the transaction is final.
- 03You must have the legal right to sell the phone. Devices reported lost or stolen, or subject to an ownership dispute, are not accepted; we verify the IMEI.
